friendly and helpful staff.. Tom and Holly were both excellent. Tom explained everything. The only thing that was a little off was the time I had to wait for the car to be done, but every thing else was good.

On my first visit to service my car I was met by Mark who sold me my car. I had bought a new phone and he sank it with my car. I picked up my car and they had washed it both inside and out. Service was quick and thorough.

I was told my mazsa had a cracked cylinder head which was causing a oil leak onto the exhaust I was told by service advisor he did not know when he would get a new head just continue to drive my car. I called mazda customer service and they scheduled me with another dealership and a car to use the next day. My car qas repaired in less than 2 weeks

The sales guy was great I really wanted to buy something from Hunter but we couldn't get the guys in the ties to an acceptable price. They had 3 vehicles we liked and I would have bought any one of them but in doing my due diligence I found them to be 4 to 5 thousand dollars more expensive than other dealers and they were higher than kbb said they should be by leaps and bounds. I ended up driving about 1.5 hrs away and got an excellent deal on a truck. I'm sure for some buying close to home is more important than price so if that's the case out of all the dealers I went to in Indiana which was almost all of them I liked Colonial best and wouldn't hesitate to do business with Hunter he was the perfect no pressure genuine salesmen. I was shopping for a used SUV for weeks and until I came here I was totally disgusted with the markups from the economy right now. Stephanie was a great rep and took care of my needs the whole way down to printing out my new insurance card! Now that is great service! I also got a free lifetime warranty on drive train and added extra coverage that covers a free rental car for a small monthly fee. I am a very happy customer! I was in need for a vehicle due to my current Hyundai Santa Fe broke down last week and was towed but the garage doesn't know how long it will take to get the parts.
